New customer service area for Clarks of Kidderminster

Last month our team headed down to Worcestershire, West Midlands, to complete an installation for a Suzuki car dealership, Clarks of Kidderminster.

Clarks wanted to focus on making their customers’ experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. With an idea in mind, General Manager Steve Latham sat with our specialised showroom design team to draw up a modern and comfortable customer service area.

The result was a custom-built service desk designed to make full use of the available space, a fully refurbished waiting area with coffee unit and fridge, and a suite of customer and staff seating options. The furniture was designed, built and installed in a matter of weeks and featured elements of Suzuki’s corporate identity furniture suite along with special bespoke solutions designed just for Clarks.

Steve has since been in touch to say, “Working with Interact Showrooms was a very smooth process. The team were fantastic; they couldn’t do enough to help, even offering to relocate furniture and items from our previous customer service layout to other areas of the building.
